Calcium Reactor Problems..

I have been runing my MRC dual chanber calcium reactor for about a year now, and its been doing great.. but it hasnt been running for the past month.. and i havent noticed it, because one of the tubes were clogged, now theres a problem.. i got it running again by replaceing the tubem and not only is my calcium down to 300 ppm, but when i set the drips for the c02, it would run for about 10 min.. then slow down. my c02 is at 1000.. so it still has air inside..
any suggestions please?
p.s.. nothing died from the low calcium, however, my GSP and Frogspawn are regressing.. and strangly enough.. everything else seems fine. including my SPS.

had a similar issue. blow out your reg.(wide open for a while), check your checkvalve.

or low tank pressure

Sounds like a needlevalve problem due to it changing.
