Calcium reactor worthed or not?

I saw the Coralife Calcium Reactor-250 Gallons at Bigalsonline.com at $119 and I ask my self if for a 30g system will be worthed to run a calcium reactor. I have never use a calcium reactor but this one look pretty simmple and easy to use. All I need to get is the CO2 tank and regulartor right?

I wouldn't bother. IMO and IME water changes, especially in a small tank like a 30 gallon, are fine for adding trace elements.

I hope so. I know nano tank need more maintenance and I'm planning to only keep SPS. Well not only but will be a SPS dominate reef. Also there will be some marine plants that need calcium to grow like the Mermaid's Fans.

Thanks bennerkla

well...there are quicker param swings and things can go wrong easier...but a 'big' tank takes more overall maintenance time

kenny i was thinking the same, i have a 29g sps , and i thinking about putting a CR because the demand is high in calcium and dkh, so tagging along

ps, look in ebay for calcium reactors, they have a few at really good price
