well everybody and their boyfriends chimed in on the other thread, but I didn't read a single reply from you.

Very simple question to end this ordeal: did you or did you not knowingly sold me a very much scratched tank, but told me that it was scratch-free?

Whatever your answer may be, I'll end it here.

Don't know what was said, promised or whatever. As with any sale it's buyer beware, know what you are buying. It would be best to settle this elsewhere.

Sir this guy constantly harassing Mike with vulgar text messages even after he refunded more money so this guy to leave him alone.

Mike did everything to make this guy happy but this guy was still not satisfy
I even ask him to return the tank half way and I will refund his money in full if he doesn't scratch the tank more.

What else can we do?
File a restraining order ?
Because this guy don't want to quit.
