I have installed a big RO/DI unit on last year and every time water change will cause a lot RTN problem to my sps . Before that I have change 50% water monthly with tap water without any problem but started with RO/DI 20% water change already causing a lot RTN problem . I'm not realize the problem are due to RO/DI and doing more water change after RTN happened but the situation become more worst . Finally I try again water change 50% with the tap water and RTN stopped ... but nearly 80% sps are died so I re-start and rescape the tank again . I have run the RO/DI unit for 48 hrs after the crashed and started to use back the water for WC without any problem now . I'm not really sure what happen to the RO/DI unit but just suspected the carbon or others are too new and need to wash out those chemical etc just my opinion only I'm not good in chemistry ...

Wow... It make me sad to see such a "TOTM" quality tank crashed... Your previous tank would be my dream tank easy. Do you have pictures of your new tank?
