Can a fulham workhorse t5 ballast have 3 t5s on?

I have what I think is a 2x48 ho t5s hooked up to one of thoes ballasts and was wondering since there are 2 extra red wires is it possible to hook up a 3rd t5 lamp? Or will it fry the ballast?

I believe that you would need at least a Workhorse 7 in order to use a 3rd 54-watt T5 bulb.

You would have no trouble hooking up another Bulb if it is a Workhorse 7.
