Can a Goby grow it's dorsal fin back?

I've had this Fire Goby for a couple months. I didn't notice when I bought it but the dorsal fin has split. Can it grow the tissue back? If so, is there anything I can do to help it? Other parts of it's tail were a little tattered too but seem to have filled in nicely, which is why I'm curious about the dorsal.
