Can anyone ID this critter/critters

It's really blurry. It's going after tiny pods, copepods and isopods. Is there any way to get clear still images?
 
I had a little guy that did it.

It looked kinda like a mysis shrimp in general shape, with legs on only one side, and it burrowed little tunnels right up against the glass like yours did. I had actually had two living side by side, with their tunnels up against one anothers, and they occasionally hung out.

I have a ton of mysid shrimp in the tank.. but they are all free swimming and don't burrow... also a little bigger than these dudes

What is the little appendage that shoots out of the sand?
I know o got tons of ampipods in my rocks.. but they all seem alot bigger than these guys... even the baby ones
