Can anyone ID this tang?

Seen this tang at a lfs and didn't see a label for it. Never seen one before. It was swimming fine and doesn't appear to be sick or anything.

Looks like a 'white' yellow tang aka a ghost tang. I saw some pics on another site that look similar to yours.

It isn't a ghost tang...

Can you get a better shot of the mouth? My guess is a spotted bristletooth, but we really need a clear picture of the mouth/tail.

Ctenochaetus truncatus, also sometimes known as Ctenochaetus cf strigosus.

Looks like the fins are in rough shape from the photo - that fish is also quite pale. Could be stress from another fish picking on it or it could have some sort of fin rot or another bacterial infection.

Well it's still there and its labeled as a bristletooth. He swims around and looks to be active but went to the corner everytime I tried to get a pic.

Is the LFS ever planning on moving this poor fish into a tank where it isn't getting so obviously shredded by another fish??

The way the tail has eroded looks like a fin rot to me, not necessarily bullying. Either way, this poor fish needs some attention.
