Can anyone ID this worm?

Hey everyone,

I recently purchased some live rock and have been watching my tank at night and have noticed a couple of these worms. I couldn't find anything besides a description of different polychaete annelid worms but no pictures that looked exactly like what I have. Does anyone know if these are good or bad?
