i know its a crappy picture, but it was at the lfs and they have no idea what it is. they think its some sort of goby, but nothing that i can think of off the top of my head. any help is appreciated! thanks

I almost bought him, but he looked pretty sickly. Also he was at Petco, I was just looking for a net and came across him
