Can anyone ID this?

Had these guys crawling around the LR for the past couple weeks. The tank is a biocube 29 about a month old. I'm not sure what they are but they are pretty small (I would say about a centimeter long). I was able to snag this picture of one on the glass. I could only get a picture of its belly before it ran off.

Amphipod.

amphipod. Good sign your tank is headed the right direction. They are good guy filter feeders

Actually looks like it might be an isopod rather than amphipod.

I looked at some of the links and it looks like they are amphipod's. So these guys are good for the aquarium?

Yup, whether isopod or amphipod they are good
