Can Anyone Identify This?

Not quite sure what it is. Could be a Plate Coral, a Speckled Cup Coral, or an Anemone of some sort.

Oh yeah! That def looks the same! Thanks!

But this is what he did last night uploadfromtaptalk1368633826759.jpg

And this AM he was still hidden away/folded in half. Is this an accurate behavior for a Fungia?

Yes, that's normal. At that size they are almost entirely fleshy with a very small skeleton. As it grows, so will the skeleton. When it gets about 1-2 inches wide it will break loose and you can set it on any flat surface.

Last night i fed the tank and was really suprised by how big this guy stretched out. I hadnt ever seen him stretched out so far before. A little while after this pic i saw his mouth way over to the left and puckered up.

Give it time. On my previous tank, I had one of those and it ended up giving me baby fungias over and over and over.... Great for frag swaps or selling.

When I first found it:

Dropped these regularly:

Wow very cool. Except mine is purple with green tentacles. He has been eating alot more lately too. When i drop in mysis or brine it inflates and stretches out really wide and the mouth puckers up and moves over to whichever side the tentacles grabbed the shrimp on. Its really a cool little guy!
