Can anyone identify what is on my clownfish

Wondering if anyone can tell me what the little white patch is below his dorsal fin. It is on both sides, started Wednesday. I did a water change Wednesday and today. I was planning on doing everyother day water changes in hopes it would resolve. I do not have a quarantine tank set up.

That looks like a fluke if i ever saw one, fresh water bath 5 min. If that doesnt work give it a formalin bath quick ich x in particular, lfs should have it.

I also treated with prazipro because i noticed my other clownfish had one towards his tail. He was not being very cooperative when trying to catch him to put him in a freshwater dip. Today is day 5 so I was going to do one more round of prazipro and was doing full inspection of my clowns. They one still has a little patch on either side. One side almost looks a little bloody/raw - maybe b/c the fluke is coming out?? Also, I noticed the fins on my original infected clown are a wee bit frayed. Is this normal? Is this the normal process as treatment progresses?
They are both still swimming and eating normally. All other tank mates and corals are doing great.
Thanks for the help

Did you actually see turbellaria (flukes) coming off the fish?

Whitish patches on clownfish usually makes me think first of Brooklynella hostilis - a very common parasitic ciliate on clownfish.

Whitish patches with bloody borders are what you often see with advanced Uronema marinum infections.

Both of these require quick action to safe the fish.

Do you have any clear pictures of the infected fish?

This pic shows the little white (fluke?) under the dorsal fin and the patch that was left over after the white (fluke?)on my other clown towards his tail fell off.
And, no, I have not seen anything fall off...
