I put a RBTA in my very new tank. I think it's doing great. I feed it on occasion and it seems quite happy. It pretty much stayed where I put it (I moved it after a couple days) and it opens up nicely every day. Hopefully it continues to thrive, however the clowns pay it no attention which was why I got it. It's about 2" fully open. From LA

Gorgeous nem. Just keep good water chemistries & changes & there's no reason it won't grow & thrive. I'd be more concerned w/ having a Singapore angel in a 32 gal tank. Those require much more room; at least a 120 gallon tank.

The Singapore angel lasted two days. It was nipping all my favorite corals so he was banished back to the QT. I'll probably take it back to the LFS today.

There are a lot of anemone species. There are 10 clownfish hosting anemone species. All with different requirements.
Caring for one anemone species is not the same as another anemone species.
On a whole, new reefers, with a new tank should not attempt to keep clownfish hosting anemone species. Unlike corals, anemone will move when they are not happy, and kill corals, or kill themselves by walking or sailing (released and go with the current) into PH or overflow. This may or will cause serious problem to your tank and fish. Puree anemone of certainly species will wipe out all the fish in a tank.

No, do not put an anemone in a tank younger than 6 months, especially if you are new to the hobby. And PLEASE do not put a fish that needs 120+ gallons of room in a 32 gallon tank (let alone a fish that needs at least 50 gallons....or 40).
