Can I move carpet anemone?

I have a carpet that has been in my tank for about a month. When I put it in the tank I set it towards the middle and it just moved right to the closest rock. About two week later my perc clown took to it and it kinda protective of it now. My problem is he chases off my Koran Angel whenever it swims from one side to the other, kinda like the clown owns the center.

Can I move the carpet to one side and let it find a place it like that is less central?

You can move it, but it'll move around until it finds a place it likes.

Mine moves all over my 120 fowlr. It stays put for a week and then starts moving around.

I know it will move from where I place it, but atleast it may be a less central location. I just wanted to make sure this isn't a no no.
