Can I put 2 Green Carpet Anemones in the Same Tank?

I have an opportunity to pick up another green carpet anemone to put in an 80 gallon tank. I thought I could have one on each side and if they were opposite sex, someday I might have little ones.

However, the seller believes that if you put 2 green carpet anemones in the same tank, they will kill each other.

Have any of you heard of this?

I have a Condy with the Green Carpet now and they don't bother each other.

I also have a RBTA, GBTA, LTA and Condy in another tank and they don't bother each other.

Thanks in advance for your prompt response. If the seller is wrong, I'd like to try to convince him with your responses.

Regards,

Roy

Anything is possible, its whether or not it works. I would not see why two same specie anemones can not be housed in the same tank. I have multiple BTAs and a Blue Capret in my 300 with no problem.

Thanks for the prompt response. You know a lot more about carpets than I do.
