Can I put a convict tang in with my scopas tang?

I have a reef tank with a scopas tang in it (and various other fish, clowns, gobies, damsels, rabbitfish). Can I add a convict tang to the mix, or will the scopas tang fight with him?

Migh be ok since they are from differed families. But you never know since tangs from any family can be aggressive. 3s are better but that depends in how much room you have. Tank size?

It's a 4 ft tank. The scopas tang seems to like the rabbitfish - they roam around together like buddies, maybe the convict will make a 3some :)

Gallons? Might be ok since different families and the convict is more mellower than other tangs. Sorry for the typos using my iPhone :) I have seen convicts in the wild they get big 9-12 inches so if it's about 1/4 the tank it might not be so great for it.

250 litres. The references I have say 8" max, same as the scopas, and if he does grow too big, I can always pop him into my bigger FOWLR tank.

I want to try him in the reef tank because he has been picky about eating in the quarantine tank. I caught him locally, and in the tank he only eats algae off the rocks and glass. There is plenty of this in the reef tank, so he will do well if not picked on.

That is a 66g tank. Far too small for two tangs. Most would say too small for even the one you have, especially with other large fish like a rabbit fish.
