Can I QT these fish together?

OK this forum has convinced me (Snorvich)... QT all fish b/4 they go into DT. I have my 20 gallon QT set up and running with a blackfinned Goby in the tank for 1 day... I also have a blue spotted jawfish that I am interested in purchasing later this week. Can I have both a jawfish and a Goby in a 20 gallon QT at the same time w/ PVC piping for hiding spots? They will not live in the same tank... but as the QT process includes TT I want to get a few fish at the same time b/4 I start QT.

you can. however, when you add another fish, you have to "start the clock over". so, if you get a second fish later in the week and add him to the qt tank with the goby, you are starting all over at "day 1".
