Can I use this ballast for my UV sterilizer?

Hi All

Hey I have some ballast lying around and I know I need one for my omnizap 30W UV Sterilizer and wondering if I can use it or do I have to use a special herbicidal ballast.
Any help would be appreciated.

The ballast I have is a
MEAN Well ELN-60-48D Class 2 power supply 50/60hz
Input 100-240VAC 1.2A
Output +48V 1.3A

If I recall these have adjustable voltage as I used them on my LED lights

No a typical constant current power supply like that is not a suitable replacement for a fluorescent tube ballast..
That power supply is intended to drive LEDs,etc...
It lacks the proper starting circuitry as well as its not rated to the same wattage.
