Can someone identify this crab?

While doing my water change yesterday I found this tiny, clear crab climbing on my elegance coral. The elegance has been doing poorly and I am hoping it was this crab causing it. This crab is tiny, just a few mm across. In the picture, the crab is in a regular tea spoon.
