Our shipping department makes a great effort to make sure bulbs do not arrive broken, If you haven't done so already please contact us so we can re-send you a replacement and have the person you speak to let me know so I can personally make sure it is packaged securely, so you do not run into this problem again and of course get started on your tank project!
