Can we dose mg as a time ?

My mg level are at 1260ppm planned to increase to 1350 and check the calculator and I need 120gm to increase it.

So can daily add 30gm with ro water for 4 days ?

Is 30gm per day at a time is ok? Or should I add them slowly ?

That rate of dosing is fine. We generally recommend no more than 100 ppm per day. FWIW, 1260 ppm is very close to the canonical ocean average of 1275 ppm.

Will mg play any roles in faster absorption of alk and cal or any imbalance between them at lower rates ?

In a nutshell, magnesium prevents calcium and carbonate ions from precipitating abiotically.

Coralline might also grow a little faster at the higher magnesium.
