That must be the rare and unusual 'Wood Manta'. They come from the west coast of the US. Known for the soothing sounds they produce by vibrating their gills together. They arent reef safe however, as they can emit electrical pulses that can kill a whole tank, as well as the poor owner if he reaches in the water while his manta is 'charged'....he he he
