Can you keep sps and lps happy in a 40 gallon?

I Started my 40 gallon very interested in keeping sps. I have a thriving 15 gallon with frogspawn, they are very very happy. So I put a frag in my 40 gallon and it is not happy with the mp40 I have for the sps frags. Just too much flow. Can there be a happy medium between the two? Does anyone keep both sps and lps in their tank? Does anyone have any pictures to share so I could get an idea on placement in the tank?

Yes you can keep both, but it is a bit of a balancing act. You need to keep the frogspawn in an area with a little less flow and most SPS in areas of the tank with more flow. Finding a happy medium for water cleanliness is the most challenging as the SPS wants very clean water the most LPS like a little more nutrients in the water and may need some spot feeding.
