Can't get rid of flukes...Prazi didn't work

If using praziquantel powder you should mix it in food with a binder like seachems focus or new life spectrum also makes something similar
 
So this may be a dumb question what about flat worm exit isnt flukes just a flat worm species?

I have been doing Prazi since Dec last year. I have a bag of Prazipro bottles... I've pretty much given up on Prazi at this point. Cleaner wrasse is my last bet. I'm not looking for a cure at this moment since it's practically impossible without getting all the fish out.

Good luck to you, I lost a Conspicuous to flukes I couldn't get rid of... Took 2 double dose treatments to cure the problem
 
QUICK UPDATE HERE:

I removed all my frags (new system, frags are still on the rack) and dosed 2x concentration of Prazipro for ONE LAST TRY...... I really hope this works out. I will keep updating what happens. I've tried Prazi many many many times before and it always ends up coming back after I stopped dosing.

I will do a large water change at Day 6 and redose. Then I may do a 3rd dose.
 
24HR UPDATE:

I see MORE flukes on Achilles' skin than yesterday. The ones on the Purple tang are still on there. Prazi didn't seem to have even knocked them off.
 
Same boat brother. Lost 10 fish including some beautiful tangs. I dosed at 4x the amount for prazi and it did nothing. Frustrating..... I just bought a 25 watt Aqua UV to start up before I buy more fish. Flukes killed all but my lonely diamond goby in my tank now.
 
I'm waiting on someone to make a true uv bulb I can put in my metal halide socket, buy the wife and kids some good uv protection sunglasses and put some popcorn in the microwave and watch the parasites die. Or maybe a uv filter the fish can swim through?

I have several thousand-dollar angelfish in my tank so I'm not gonna let that happen. I'm going to take the challenge but before dosing anything else or taking any other action I will have to be ready and be cautious.
 
Okay things look tremendously worse today. The moorish idol's got a mouthfull of flukes. Dangling from its mouth! ANYONE PLEASE HELP!!! ANYTHING!!! It's getting really bad and I'm afraid that if I don't take any action I'm going to lose several thousand dollars in a few days!!!

I dosed more Prazipro. 3x recommended dosage now. The moorish & achilles' mouthskins are peeling off. I see a ton of flukes. Not sure if they are all coming out because of the strong dosage.

Should I use Paraguard now or should I still keep using Prazi? I'm at 3x concentration now. How did you cure your fish? I can dose Paraguard daily but I'm not sure how my dwarf angelfish are going to react to it.
 
The slime on fish's mouth is coming off like crazy. I'm not sure if it's the result of overdose or it's the parasites dying.
