Cant remove my impeller and i broke it

What can/should I do here? the impeller is stuck like cement in the pump. I broke the blades trying to remove it.

Should I soak with vinegar and try to get it out while ordering a new impeller? Or should I send you the whole pump and let you guys get it out?

Any help would be very appreciated

After soaking over 24 hours I still cant get the impeller out. can I send you the whole pump?

Yes, I got your email as well. It must be stuck due to calcium build up, we can extract it and install a new drive unit.
