Can't seem to get rid of ich

My clowns came down with what I thought was either ich or velvet. I've dosed Cupramine for the recommended 14 days, and on the 15th day I saw more spots on them. So I started a second round. It's now been 25 straight days of Cupramine dosing and I'm still seeing white spots. Some of it looked a little string like it was slime. Could it possibly be something else? They won't stay still long enough for me to get a decent pic with my phone. I'll try again with my DSLR but they are fast!

Sorry about the size. Flickr isn't very user friendly. That clown also had tail rot which thankfully didn't kill him

Could be Monogeneans - parasitic flatworms. Try a freshwater bath. If some of those "white flakes" come off in there, treat the tank with PraziPro

Here's another pic. I just noticed that I double posted a pic.

I'll try the freshwater dip this weekend. Hopefully that gets rid of it. I have about 3 more weeks till they can go back into the DT. But if this is Monogeneans, will the 72 day fallow method kill them off in the DT?
