Ok i talked to Brent, the last group buy price was around $55 a bag and it turns out that that boy moved the 3 pallets from the last order by hand in his truck.. i cant do that as i dont have the time or back to do it so i asked about having the pallets delivered and that will cost between $50-100 depending on the amount ordered, so i am going to go ahead and get them delivered but it will increase the cost of the carbon by a couple of bucks a bag.
Cost of each 50lbs bag of carbon is $57.30 paypal-ed
it comes in 1mm, 2mm, 3mm and 4mm thickness its up to you what you want. Post what size you want and how many 55 pound bags you want and pay pay that total to gabriel_ross@sbcglobal.net please put your Reef Central "name" in the pay pal info along with your what you are ordering so i know who is getting what. Dont send me PM's telling me what you want POST IT pm me questions if you have any...
the larger the size the easier it is to work with and the less flow reduction you get, but you also get a little less surface area so they recommended getting either the 3 or 4 mm sizes...

or i can do this group buy faster and close the buy on the 24th for friday delivery the 26th and bring SOME of the bags to the frag swap.. at 50bls i am not going too move a pallet or 2 alone to the OC.:hammer:

I'm doing pretty good. How about yourself. Ever since I moved, I've been too lazy and busy. I will definitely setup a reef tank in the near future. It's probably gonna be a small one, because space is limited, so I'm gonna have to sell some of my equipments soon.

This buy will end on MONDAY the 22nd i must have your order and payment in by that date...
also post if you are picking up or if you want the bags dropped off at the frag swap... (there is limited space in my truck maybe 8 bags max.)

the 1 mm is super small and you will have a hard time putting it into a bag...
the 2 mm and 3 mm are a better size for bags but because of the small size you may get reduced flow
they reccomeded 4 mm bigger size so more room for water to flow around but you get less surface are compared to the 3mm
its up to you 3 or 4 mm are the best from what the supplier said....
