I just pm'd my boy Gabriel with the info and he will give you all some figures as soon as he contacts them. In order for my friend to sell it to us at wholesale price we must have a full pallet which is 20 bags@50# each. You all must understand that it is a lot of carbon, but it is quality stuff and you can't find a better price. Last time I had over 60 bags for fellow RC members and still want to help out my fellow Cali friends eventhough I am accross the country. Any questions let me know and I will try to help Gabriel as much as I can from here.

Is this a good quality carbon? does anybody know what the other group buy cost? If the price is right I'm in for a bag.

You cant really beat that price. It sounds good. If anybody starts up this group buy im in for (1) 50LB. bag.

The supplier supplies for most of the water deistricts in socal and also a few public aquariums. There are plenty of RC members on here that did the purchases in the past and I have yet to have any complaints. I believe last time it was 54 bucks including tax and Paypal fees, but don't quote me on it, just let Gabriel get the numbers and we will go from there.

I'm still working on what I got from the FIRST group carbon buy! It's very good carbon. I'm not keen on the pellets usually, but they are small enough that you still get a really good surface area, plus the pellet bonus of almost no dust.

And you can't beat the price with a stick, even if it does go up a bit from higher freight charges lately.
