carbon group buy

I would like 3 bags of 3MM carbon payment sent via Paypal. Gabriel, do you have room in your car to bring the 3 bags to the swap? If not no problem I will arrange a pickup.

so far i have jendub paid for 2 going to frag swap and socalshaggy with 3 paid for the frag swap... thats 5 of the 10 spots i have avail in my truck.. its first pay first serve...

Maybe we should do a more north group buy, and a down south group buy.

Im in orange, have a forklift, warehouse, pallet jack and all other necessary equipment to receive a pallet. If there is enough interest down south, maybe we should consider it. ( driving to downtown LA doesnt sound like fun to me, but again i dont need carbon. Just trying to make it easier for us way south reefers )

That would work but there does not appear to be a lot of actual intrest in this group buy.. i dont even have a 1/3 pallet payed for as of yet and to run a second delivery to the OC will cost an additional delivery fee. Plus the OC is a lot farther from the wharehouse than i am so the delivery fee will be higher. The Carbon company wont deliver less than a pallet to anyone and the OC would have to order at least 30 50 lbs bags of carbon to get that deal to work... so far we have 11 bags ordered total.

at this rate i may have to drive there in my truck and hand load it.. and thats exactly what i did not want to do...
 
eeeesh, that doesnt sound like fun.

I know there has to be more people interested in this. Maybe we should see if any LFS need bags of carbon ^_^
