Carpet anemone with two mouth

I found a blue carpet anemone (probably gigantea) with two mouth in my lfs. Is this common?
Thinking of getting it but its health is not good with both mouth opening.

I wouldn't say it was common, but I have seen several before. It doesn't seem to be related to a splitting, more probably an injury or a transplantation of cells.
