carpet crazy?

I just bought a carpet anemone for my tank ( plan on upgrading my tank ) well my carpet has been in the same place where it landed. which it's sideways on a rock touching the sand.. but it's not fully open. is this normal? why isn't he moving to fully open up? Ive had him for two days now.

Give it some time - it could take a while for it to become used to the tank. What store did you get it from? I know pets and pals in staunton has two carpets for sale that I saw but i'm not real familiar with any other stores in the area.

i got it at lexington petworld.. it's super sticky.. it's attached to the rock..

ccorpse27, What kind of carpets does pets and pals have for sale? haddoni, or gigantea? Also what color were they, striped, green, blue, and do you remember what the price was? Thanks for any info you can provide.
