Carpet & Mandarins

Hi all
I have a 6X2X2 tank and I want a carpet nem and a mandarin. Wont introduce the mandarin for another few months but was wondering if any have kept these two together without the carpet getting hungy and eating the mandarin?

Is it a Haddoni carpet? If so, I wouldn't do it. I tried it for about 4 months, then one day my Haddoni spit out the bones of my mandy -- which was eating prepared foods.

I have a carpet and a mandarin. I just don't keep them in the same tank. I think Todd is right again.

I should note, I knew the risks when I put the Haddoni in to the tank that had a mandarin in it. At the time my blue face angel started getting a taste for an unhosting Haddoni, so moving it was the best of the availible options.
