carpet.

depends on how big the anemone is, and how stable your water stays. If your heat and salinity shift frequently....I would have to say no way it would make it.

If your just looking to get a very small Haddoni....You could make it work.
As for you lighting...thats fine

it's a small haddoni.. i just need something for my clowns to host.. there tying to host in all my corals.. killed a few in their process of hunting

how many watts is that light

if its small enough its a temporary solution. are you willing to upgrade when it gets too big.

I think you could keep your S. Haddoni in a 30 gallon as long as you're willing to stay on your top-off. As for the lighting, you have a sufficient source.

My main concern though is water volume. Are you going to have a sump? Adding a sump will greatly increase your water volume and the more water volume you have the more stable your tank's enviroment will be. I am soon setting up a 30 gallon custom cube with demensions 20x20x18 (LxWxH) and it will either be hosting a S. Haddoni, H. Crispa or S. Mertensii. However, I am going to have a 20 gallon long sump underneath for added volume.

Until you upgrade your tank. In the not to distant future you will need a bigger tank if you get a carpet.

You act as if I don't know these things. :)

Eventually even a haddoni will outgrow a 55 gallon tank, but that all depends on the amount of feedings.
