Catastrophic Ich Wipeout

Ive been adding kick ich to my 75gallon reef. It basicaly had no effect on the ich infestation apparent on all the fish. Not being able to catch any of the infected fish a "dip" wasnt an option. Corals and Inverts seem fine and all water parameters are great. I stopped using the skimmer as suggested by the meds. With all the fish wipedout how long would it take for the bacteria to die having no hosts? Please Please Help!!!!

leave tank fishless for 8 weeks, for the ick to die out and sorry for your loss

I would also urge you to quarantine all new additions,
