CB nigripes OK without anemone?

I've seen A. nigripes bred by Sustainable Aquatics for sale every so often. They're beautiful fish. Are they OK (a) in smaller tanks--I have a 34--and (b) being kept without a host anemone?

Agreed, I actually bought a few from SA and they showed no interest in the magnifica I owned at the time. After about a week they figured it out.
