Yeah he's pretty good size for captive bred. Would be cool to get one that still has juvenile color to see the change.

That's pretty fast... based on when the first batch came around, mine should be at least like 5 inches... not sure that's accurate

My cb Scribbled is also doing well, it was tiny when I received it in August and has easily tripled in over all body mass. It's pattern has really started to develop nicely, and it certainly isn't afraid to let the cb Annularis its sharing a tank with know who's boss; even though the Annularis is slightly larger.
The Annularis is definetly growing at a faster rate at this point, both of them would eat until they exploded if I allowed it... I am thinking about introducing them into the DT in a few weeks.

Maybe it wasn't exactly an inch a month but I purchased him in Sept/Oct at half an inch and he is about 2.5"+ now and very fat. I usually always have mussels in a half shell in the tank because he lives in a refugium with a fairly large Red Sea Regal Angel that I rescued. They both eat like pigs.

Saw a juvenile captive bred Scribbled today at a fish store in Socal (actually one of the sponsors here). Definitely would look nice in a larger aquarium.

What happen to the captive bred Blue Lines. I was thinking of getting one after the new year and now there gone. I see the cb annularis is back. Anyone no when/if they'll be back? Sorry but looking at this thread is driving me crazy. I may end up with a cb Scribbled
Hmmm,, I can't recall how long it's been since I saw a CB blueline. Mine was a wild specimen, but very small when I first got her... she has grown a lot in a little over a year...
She barely had stripes when I first got her.... here she is 2 months or so into QT:
