ccritters/ club group order

I am planning on placing a order with ccritters within the next week. Anyone that wants to get in on this just let me know here what you want. We can all split the shipping once I found out how much it is. I am going to try to request that they ship the order so that I receive it on Friday April the 4th. I am going to use the honor system here so please only order if you can pick up in that time frame and are willing to pay me for waht you request.

I have ordered from Dana before and the only problem I had was some sort of purple grass like stuff in one bunch of zoas that was impossible to get rid of. The rics were great. All of the snails and porc. crabs arrived alive. Very well packed and all was as described. You can't beat his prices.
 
Good luck. I would verify that they have everything you are ordering. I tried to order from them, and they took my Paypal payment, and then they emailed me saying that several of my items are not available, and they want to bump my shipping from 2nd day to priority overnight.
 
I have had the same thing in regards to the not in stock after payment. I was happy with what I got for the prices, but like Richard said, check to make sure they have what you want first.
 
That seems to be a common problem. I had Marine Depot Live email me the Thurs night before my stuff was to arrive to tell me they werent shipping because some items were out of stock. Even though I had placed the order on Monday. I called them saying to cancel my entire order and suddenly everything was in stock and available of Sat delivery.
 
thanks for the heads up I sent an email to ccritters to see if all items are in stock. I usually get my items shipped overnight i just like my stock to be boxed up as little time as possible. I'll let ya'll know what I find out.
 
If it's not too late I'll take a 100 gallon clean up crew ($80), 30 Nassarius ($8.50) and 20 Nerita (Trochus sp.) snails ($5)

got email from Dana/ccritters and he feels he will have all except one item that JamesBryan wanted. He feels shipping on Thursday for Friday delivery will work. I'll keep you posted.
 
Just a word of caution! Shipping Thursday for Friday is "always risky" even with FedExPriority Overnight, If something for whatever reason does not get delivered "on time" It will then not be delivered untill MONDAY.

My job is shipping very high end products that have to be refrigerated and if not delivered on time will not be good. Even though some of the carriers have very good percentages FedEx is definatly better(statistics prove so) they still have some % that do not get delivered. We never ship anything with less thatn 48 hour stabillity past Wednesday, and if you notifce many coral shippers will not as well.

Yes you can insure and get guarantees, But try and collect on those.

Just a work of caution on that.
 
He asks you photo the DOA as soon as you receive the package and mail him the pics of the DOA and the package. Another poster on here has been ordering from him for quite some time and is very pleased. She is the one who gave me his name. The only problem was one of my bags was leaking and the newspaper was wet. However, all the snails were still alive. I was never able to figure out where it was leaking from. It was sealed very well at the top and I never could find a leak. I did email him to let him know the order had arrived and one of the bags was leaking. He seemed very concerned and assured me if anything was dead, he would make it right.

Ok order is shipping today. However in the email this morning Dana did reply that some of the items were not going to be in our order he said it was to windy last week for diving. I was not to happy with this but what do you do. I have asked him to send me a credit and I'll just figure up what items are not coming. It seemed to be some of the snails, the jaw fish, and some of the blue zoas just not sure which ones. I'll post here tomorrow as soon as I get the order.

Malisa, I have to work late tomorrow so you will need to call my cellphone and let me know for sure the order is in so I can come when I get off and pick it up...I will get off at 7:00 and can come stright on out to get the goodies. I will PM you my cell number just in case you don't have it.

Ok here is what is not coming all of us together ordered 100 nassarius snails and we are only getting 50 in. So if ok, we will all just get half of what we wanted that way everybody will get some ( they are $0.28 ea).

Scott he says he did not have any blue zoo's but is sending some nice purple if you do not want them I'll just take it up with him or I might just keep them.
I also ordered some flamingo snails not coming though.
I am excited to get what I did order.
