cee's frag swap items?

No jokers or safecrackers here. I'm expecting a PHE frag, talk to Brandon (bkv1997), he might be able to help you out on that one.

I'll bring a bulb and socket to confirm to the buyer that it works. Run for about 9 months before I went w/ e-ballasts. Got some sockets to if interested.

Tropicfish, got you down on the acan and bam-bams, LMK on the cyphastrea.

Yes, but not the greatest shots, but should give you an idea. It is a very loaded place. left, middle, right:

Dave,

I picked up a couple of Advance M58 250W ballasts today and a couple of SE moguls. I definitely need at least 2 bulbs from you. I'll let you pick which 2. :) I hope at least 2 aren't spoken for already! I tend to like to lean toward something more blue.

LMK.

If lotsoftats takes the 2 EVC 14ks from me, all I'll have left (that are blue) is one EVC 14k and one Reeflux 12k. Otherwise it would be the RF 10ks. The RF bulbs don't always fire on a M58 ballast, though, although we could check them at the swap if you're interested.

Dave

Evc 14k for sure and yes lets test the Reeflux 12k. Will testing it on your M58 ballast be good enough or do you think we need mine?

RF = Reeflux right? or are these 2 different brands?

Thanks, Chris. I really can't do FTS and it looks better in person.

Ryan, the only bulbs that did not fire on the M58 were the Reeflux (RF) 10k; the 12k did fire. Bring your ballast along if you like.

walker, I should be able to do another frag of that coral for you. $25 is what I'm asking for that mille, OK?

Dave

Cool, then those two for me please. :)

Also, for your sps... how/what are they mounted on? The SPS will probably go in my main tank. Everything else will probably go in the frag tank. I'm trying to devise a way to peg them and have it ready so I can place them where I desire. I've got a rock shelf that sits fairly high in the tank that I'd like to place this stuff on.

They are presently on a small piece of rubble which is mounted to a plastic hole plug that fits tightly to eggcrate. I normally remove the hole plug before bagging, but can leave it on for those who prefer to mount in a frag tank to eggcrate. Ditto the zoas, but some don't have the rubble and are mounted directly to the hole plug. The hole plug can be cut away with a knife, razor, etc. leaving a plastic "dome" behind.

Dave

Thanks. Yes, it has completely encrusted the rock above the blasto in the 2nd FTS picture.

Dave

tropicfish, your acan frag came out to be about 7 or so polyps. I can let you have it for $20 instead of $15 (since I cut it large) or cut 4 polyps off and offer it to you for the original negotiated price. Your call. Got your frag cut walker.

Dave

yes i'll take the seven polyps...i also want the meteor shower cyphastrea--do you like yours and what about their growth habits i've read a little about them---would you take 50 for all three frags? just let me know

No, but I can do $60. Actually, I did a little further checking, and the cyphastrea is actually the Atlantis Tyree LE cyphastrea. It is normally $80 from either of them. $25 is my price, so I think that is more than fair.
