Since we are on the subject of Mummy Eyes... I have a question...
What is the lineage of the Original Mummy Eye? At this point I feel like there are so many mummy eyes out there i'm just trying to get a grip on this. Is the Original ME (diff than the Oregon ME i know) the same as the OG ME? I have the exoticfrags.us ME, does this go by another name?

The original mummy eye came from Hector and Jeremy from ExoticFrags. Some also refer to it as the OG mummy eye because it was the 1st. HTH :thumbsup:
Nice Mark! I recently picked up a blue/purple chalice with orange eyes in a trade. Too bad it is in a bad spot for picture taking 
It recessed a bit on the edges when I first got it, but looks puffy and happy now, so hopefully it will grow over those edges in short order...

Do you guys feed your chalices. I would really like to have my chalices on the live rock but all sorts of creatures try to tear the mysis away from them at feedings? Are they growing just fine for you guys without feedings?
Right now, I have them up on eggcrate. I cant tell you how much I dislike that look in a reef tank.

I get OK growth...honestly, I don't pay much attention...so long as it is alive . IME placement of the coral with respect to light plays a HUGE role in growth, way more than feeding. They don't all like the same lighting, so it takes some trial and error practice.
