Cheap source for T-5 fixtures

I was down in the strip district a few weeks ago and saw a place called Home Hydroponics. I know those places sell T-5 fixtures and lights so I stopped in. They had 4ft, 6 bulb HO T-5 fixtures for $235. These had individual reflectors, no fans or sheild. They were a black/copper color, I imagine it could be painted. The 4 bulb fixtures were $180 I think.They also sell some bulbs, but the highest spectrum I saw was 6500k.

They also had some MH reflectors and RO/DI units and parts.

If you google home hydroponics pittsburgh you will see their website. They were on smallman.

I just checked their site, here are the prices they had listed:

· 4 bulb fixture w/ bulbs $169.95
· 6 bulb fixture w/ bulbs $229.95
· 8 bulb fixture w/ bulbs $269.95

I don't think they carry any high kelvin bulbs.

I don't think they did, however I was only in the store for a few minutes.

oh well...I guess I will hold out for another few months and get a ATI Sunpower 6x24

The sunpower is really nice. I just got a 6x39 fixture.

yea i seen pics and it looks real nice..I probably dont even need it..this 4x24 TEK light seems to work great..expecially since my tank is only 12" deep..I only want the 6bulbs because the tank is 18" wide give me a little more front to back coverage
