washed out heteractiscrispa id say, what lighting do you have and how long have you had the anemone?

It looks like its color is coming back. I think you should keep it. H. crispa are good hosts for clowns (though not a natural host for ocellaris) and if you were to sell it, that would be stressful for the anemone and the buyer might not know about their care.

i know this might sound cruel but ive had it for around 1 year. At first i was under 70 watt halide with 4000k blulb. Around a week ago I upgraded m lighting to 8x39 watt t5s which are all equiped with 14000k bulbs and have requested for 2 actinics. The nem is in a 33 gallon tank which is 18 inches tall. Its shown drastic change to the light and has oped up well.

One more question if i do keep it and take good care ofit will the tenticales become very long and what will its colour brighten up?

It should, yeah. I would expect it to become a darker cream color or brown.

My guess, based on the sparse tentacles, would be H. malu. We'd have to see the underside to be sure though. If it is malu, the tentacles won't get much longer than they are now. The ones around the edge may be a little longer though.
