I think it might be an Atlantic carpet anemone, which is not a natural clownfish host. Too many regularly spaced tentacles to be H. malu. Clarki clowns will accept just about anything, but the strong sting of the Atlantic carpet could hurt the clown's slime layer in the long run.

You can google Stichodactyla helianthus or Atlantic carpet anemone for more info.

If you wanted a clown hosting carpet, then probably yes.

Yes it most likely is Stichodactyla Helianthus. This anemone has one potent sting. I would either take it back or plan on having unhappy clownfish.

Ok i can not convinced it to unattach.. i placed a powerhead next to it.. i just shirinked.. then after i took the power head away it just blew back up.. i can't get down to it's foot to try that method due to it being to puffy. the thing is real sticky each time i touch it it's like crazy..any suggestions?

I agree, it sounds like an Atlantic carpet. If so, you want it out of the tank asap. To say it has a very powerful sting is an understatement. It will kill most anything that it touches. Nasty critter. Be careful handling it also. I have seen people that normally don't react to stings from anemones break out in painful sores.

That is definately an Atlantic I agree. They are extremely sticky. Try using ice on the foot. I had one and I can attest to how hard they are to remove. I finally said screw it and used force and peeled the sucker off after almost 2 hours. You may have to take the entire rock out to get it off. Good luck.
