Check out my new bubble coral

I picked this up a few days ago at Planet Reef. They had 3 greens and 1 pink bubble coral that were probably the nicest I've seen in a store. It opened right away in my tank. Nicely priced too - if you're looking for one, call & see if they're still available.

As for the pic - can someone tell me why all my tank shots look washed out? I don't have MH on this tank. Maybe it's just my screen - does this look nice & green to you?

White Balance

White Balance

See if your camera has a white balance. Set it for manual and aim at something in the tank that is white and set it. Also you might try a tripod and smaller aperature opening (higher num ber like 5.6 ) and a slower shutter. It will blur though with a setting under 1/60th of a second.
