Check out this tang

Brent used to have one, not sure if he still does or if he of he is still active one her anymore, I was off for a couple years so I don't remember his user name but I haven't seen him posting anytime recently.. It's an absolutely beautiful fish

I really hate it when links to the divers den are posted!!! Once I realize that where I am, I am also forced to browse all there corals and fish which in turn forces me to want to spend more money... I've never really gotten into the Aussie brains but while browsing a few(and by few I mean more than 5 lol!!) lobophyllia hemprichii and symphillia wilsoni did a little more than catch my eye.. And if I didn't have to get a new tank I more than likely would have spent whatever they priced at to get them hahahah

It happens. I've yet to spend money at divers den but I did just get an order from world wide corals. Some very nice stuff

I've never had the guts to order from anywhere for fish yet, I did order a few corals from Austin aqua farms a few years ago when I was deeper in the hobby, but I've yet to order a fish... I may try since I haven't really herd anything but good things about divers den, but first I have to get the new tank up and complete the transfer from my 90 to the new 120

I saw this and i had to comment that after looking at that site all i want to do is buy some fish and new corals. speaking of which besides liveaquaria is there any other really good sites for coral/fish that people have had good success with.

I agree Gary, sweet fish but hands down the YT is one of the best if not the best tang IMO. But that is a cool looking fish, most expensive i've seen Does it keep the same markings as it grows? Are they more prone to ich magnets like most tangs also? Cause man o man, ugh babe i just "flushed" $3,500...
Knock on wood for the one who buys it!

Remember when Brent's first one died because it showed up in like 60 degree water. He went through hell but they replaced it. Absolutely stunning fish. Wish I had hit the powerball.

I was actually at his house when the first one arrived and herd the beginning of the phone battles on multiple occasions while I was stopping by lol

I've only ordered from Austin agua farms and pacific east aquaculture and I was very pleased with both and the corals I received but I would consider divers den for fish if I was in a jam as I haven't really heard many bad things about them

fish cost that much gets sick I would have to take it to the emergency room nice looking fish but $3500.

I have never owned a gem tang but have seen them in person a number of times. Have never been into these fish. Don't get me wrong I would love to have these fish in my tanks but Im cool with keeping scopas too.

My opinion is that hobbyists need to stay away from all expensive fish. There may be a number of reasons why a fish would cost so much more than others. But I think price is enough to decide that people need to stay clear.
