Check this bad boy out

I'm assuming fireworm because it has white "hairs" all over its body. I don't know what to do with it.... I don't want to kill it but I've got a baby cuttle and egg clutch in the tank. If I put it in the sump it probably will die or get sucked into a pump. Any suggestions?

Its a bristleworm. Normally, no reason for concern, but I can see why you might not want it in the tank if you have a baby cuttle.

Thanks for the identification! I thought it was more serious than that, I just plopped it over in my mantises side of the partition.
