Marine Depot and BRS are both out of stock. I get the impression that most of the reagents that people have right now are bad. It sucks I have been suspecting that mine is reading low. I can't complain too much I have been using this checker for a long time and this is the first problem that i have had.

I just checked my new batch of 6 that I just received from BRS. according to Hanna they were bad, but they test out perfect when checked against a brand new salifert kit....fwiw

just an FYI, my hanna reagents were technically bad, but they only tested .5 dkh lower than a new Elos kit.

It has to do with the plastic seal under the foil. If stored upright or seal fully removed it seems all should be well.

I did receive a sales order ($0 balance due) from Hanna on the 18th. There wasn't a tracking number but it indicated UPS Ground shipping. It showed the two bottles I requested replacements for.

Mine came in two weeks. They sent a ups tracking # when they sent it out.
