Cheep frag tanks f/s

hi i just cane back from the city i picked up a small frag tank 24 x 24 x 12in. high perfect for a singel m.h. thay are glass and have a 3/4 hole drilled in and he has about 6 of them left
$25 ea. his name is mike # 415 385 5528

not rimless it has a plastic molding around the btop and bottom but has no center brace

Sounds interesting. 24x24x12/231 = 29.92. Call it 30 gallons.

Where is the drilled 3/4" hole located? Near the top waterline or on the bottom?

If it is like my tank, then the hole is at the bottom. This tank also makes a great sump

The hole is alog the center agenst the back glass .....james i guess if i your $

It's all good Paul I went down today and met with Mike. It turns out he's a BAR member and a cool guy. He also lives about a block from aquatic central so we went down there and had a good visit with the owners and I picked a nice frag of the Tubbs blue zoas I have been wanting. I picked up the final 4, 2 for myself and 2 for Ben(Giantben on RC) The last one was cracked. Once again thx for spotting the Craigs list posting Paul It was a great find.

Hey Grant, thanks again for grabbing these for me. I got some vinegar on them, but I think you were right: it may take more than that to get them clean. I'm really thinking about removing the top frame from one of the tanks and making it a rimless display, but we will see.

It was nice to meet you and Ken, your tank was gorgeous.

Ben, Bob had told me about using muriatic acid for cleaning in a 10:1 ratio, I tried this over the weekend and it was nasty to work with but did a reasonable job cleaning the tanks. Was nice meeting you and thanks for the kind words about the tank. Grant
