Used twice back in 2006 combined with soaking food in vita-chem and garlic guard and worked both times to cured ich. The instruction say administer for 5 days but I found it better to do 8-9 days.
Recent mass ich outbreak didn't help and ended up using Cupramine.
Must use very early to be effective.
Side note:
Not sure if Chem-marin changed formula or not but the 2 32oz bottles I got from Seaquest Marine is lighter in color and seem more diluted than the ones I got from Marine Depot and Drsfostersmith in the past.
