Chemical container for saltwater storage?

My dad has a 15 gallon plastic container that had:
sodium nitrate
sodium hydroxide
sodium molybdate
acrylate polymer

Its a boiler rust and scale inhibitor, an oxygen scavenger, made by Nalco.

We've wrinsed and soaded it with tap water. Would you think that this would be safe to store saltwater in.

I am moving soon and this would work great for transporting some of my tank water during the move.

Any opinions would be great.

I'd just go get a 32 gallon Brute container at Lowe's or Home Depot for 20 bucks. You can even get a roller base for about another 20 to help moving it around.
